The Opportunity
Frontera Repair was launching as a new home services company but had no brand identity, digital presence, or marketing system. To compete effectively and generate leads, they needed a complete, professional foundation—from logo to website to advertising—that would resonate with local customers and integrate seamlessly with operational tools like Angi (Angie’s List) and JobTread.
My Approach
- Brand Strategy & Identity: Developed a trustworthy, locally rooted visual identity—logo, color palette, and typography—that communicates reliability, expertise, and community presence.
- Website Development: Built a fast, mobile-optimized website using WordPress and Webflow, with clear service pages, contact forms, and lead-capture functionality.
- Marketing Collateral: Designed all print and digital assets—business cards, service flyers, vehicle decals, and social ad creatives—using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Paid Advertising & Growth: Launched and configured multi-platform ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Meta, targeting local homeowners with high-intent messaging.
- Operational Integration: Aligned brand voice and customer journey with Angi and JobTread workflows to ensure seamless lead-to-job conversion from first click to completed service.
